"Been here an hour waiting on a DOT physical and still have not been called. My primary care dr is a Mercy dr and never have had to wait this long for an appointment. Do better! My time is just as important as yours!"

"After doing my DOT physical they had no way for me to pay for it here. They don’t take cash or card. You are supposed to pay over the phone when you get something in the mail but I never got it."

"I am only giving it one star because zero stars isn't an option. I made an appointment online, and it said get there 15 minutes early. When I got there, there were 3 ahead of me. Four of us sat there for at least 1 1/2 hours with no one called back. I asked the secretary how much longer. She said they were 45 minutes behind. When I got called back, I waited another 34 minutes. This was horrible service. I will never go back. You go there because you are sick and feel worse when you leave!"

"My daughter (3yo) was running 105.7 temperature the evening before Thanksgiving. They checked us in immediately. We sat out in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes. They told us right in, checked temp and vitals. The doc came in quickly and checked her over. They ran a step and flu test which both were negative. I’d rather be safe than sorry. They treated us wonderfully and were very quick in getting her in and being seen."

"I was a little concerned after reading the reviews, but with a dog bite possibly festering and no primary physician, I wasn't going to go another day without seeing a physician. These people were FANTASTIC! Everyone was incredibly sweet ... they were kind and caring - I just couldn't ask for better care. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the x-ray tech, to the doc, to the secondary nurse - EVERYONE was simply wonderful. Great clinic! Thank you SO much :)"
