Reviews of Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - E. Kearney
"Dr Sethi is the best Dr in Springfield area. She listens to your needs and knows her patients well. I will follow her where ever she goes!"
"I have had nothing short of amazing care and understanding from Dr Sethi. I’ve been gaslit by many doctors, but with her help (and a ton of my own research), I’ve slowly been able to find some diagnosis and move forward with my healthcare. I always leave visits feeling heard and validated. I was not a fan of my visit with a NP, so I will stick with trying to keep my visits with Dr Sethi."
"I had an amazing experience with the receptionists and the nurses, but let me say I have had Inna Bates as a doctor twice and every time she has been condescending. She has laughed in my face when communicating my health concerns and each time i’ve had to heavily advocate for my needs to be listened to. I have never been literally bullied in a medical facility and left so embarrassed in my life, I have truly never been treated worse. Please please discuss common bedside manners because she really has none."
"These people are the most incompetent staff you could ever imagine. Avoid this place and the staff like the plague. And Liz is a rude and downright careless individual . Nothing but bad attitudes and zero help and or care. I have reached out to the owner several times via email and have not heard a thing. It is also important for anyone that is thinking of utilizing this clinic's services that they are not actually part of Mercy hospital at all. I found that out when I made my complaint to Mercy hospital relations. They told me these clinics are independently owned and just use the Mercy name. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from these rude and unprofessional doctors and staff at this location. Just read some of the other reviews below mine."
"Unfortunately, the staff does not respond to multiple refill requests (via phone, faxed from the pharmacy, and on the MyMercy site) in a timely manner, IF AT ALL. I sent the first request for my child's Effexor XR (an SNRI with horrible withdrawal symptoms) on Sunday, November 1st via the MyMercy site. On Tuesday, Walmart Pharmacy faxed them a refill request and my husband called their office. On Thursday, we had Walmart Pharmacy fax them again. On Friday, both my husband and I called into their office to make SURE it would be done before the weekend - the lady I spoke with assured me that it would be faxed before the end of the business day. So Saturday morning, out of her medication and frantic at the thought of going through withdrawals all weekend, my daughter and I sat on hold for the Telehealth nurses for over an hour in order to have the on-call doctor send in a prescription we had already requested SIX TIMES over seven days... only to be told that the doctors at this Mercy Clinic on E. Kearney have a STRICT guideline that NO on-call doctor be contacted regarding refills. Thankfully, the nurse I spoke with put me through to her manager who, after hearing our situation, approved paging the on-call doctor but offered no guarantee they would call in the prescription, which they did finally end up doing. BOTTOM LINE: There's no way getting a script for a refill from your PCP should take SEVEN DAYS. We won't even get into the time the nurse gave our other child a vaccination and said, "Yeah, sometimes that HPV vaccination can really sting." RIGHT AFTER WE TOLD THEM WE DID NOT WANT HER GETTING THE HPV VACCINATION!!! The nurse says she just misspoke and our child was given the correct vaccination (allegedly) but I seriously almost had a heart attack."
