"These people used to be the best. I waited 3 hours and my X-ray was negative, but then they wanted to do more X-rays. I’m in excruciating pain and she totally ignores that part, still pushing more X-rays. I’ve vomited twice by this time due to the pain.. she looks at me and says” we don’t prescribe narcotics here”!!! I said what??? Did I ask for narcotics??? Then I told her I would sign myself out. Woman had fake dark red hair and she was heavy. She doesn’t care at all!!"

"Just left this urgent care and my experience was 10/10. The front desk was nice and quick to get me checked in. I was taken back with barely any wait. The nurse and PA were so friendly and got me on my way. My prescription was ready by the time I got to the pharmacy as well. When you aren’t feeling well, it’s the worst to just sit there and wait. Thank you so much for your quick and kind service today!"

"By all the negative reviews I wondered about this clinc. I'm sure glad I didn't listen to any of those reviews! The clinc was very polite and efficient. I was seen quickly, but then i picked a time when they wouldn't be busy since I was sick and didn't have an injury. I was in and out in 30 minutes! Everyone I interacted with was polite and friendly. Been here twice now and I wouldn't hesitate to come back here if the situation warrants it. So don't listen to all those negative comments and give them an honest chance"

"Went in with concerns about a cough which hurts in my chest and shortness of breath . PA spent two minutes with me. Did not look in my throat, nose, etc. Listened to my lungs which a deep breath made me cough. Said we are going to call it a sinus infection . Prescribed an antibiotic and a steroid. Poorest exam I’ve ever had. Nurses were friendly service was fast. No Covid test or flu test."

"Went there today for an ear infection! Even though they only had one provider they got me in quickly and the provider was such a sweet lady! All the nurses were super sweet and caring individuals! Thank you for giving me such excellent care! Over the past two years it has seemed like urgent cares - have had to go more often due to primary never being able to see anyone in a timely fashion- have lacked any kind of care and understanding but this team was on point and it meant a lot to be heard and treated like a patient other than another number!"
