"I have been a patient of Dr Richter for roughly 14 years. I have never been disappointed in any way with him as my physician untill today and it has nothing to do with his attention. One thing I always loved about his clinic was the prompt scheduling. Today ii had to wait 45 minutes. Never has that happened. I was sad to learn the Patricia Kilbourn iis no longer there. She always took care of me with compassion and understanding. She was good at her job. I will miss her."
