"I’ve been to this walk-in a couple times for my son or myself. We went there today because my son was sick and needed to be seen. He ended up getting sick all over the rug at the checkin desk. The ladies were nice about the situation. The nurses and NP we saw were very nice to my son."

"Rude stuff especially Sarah!! Treated my daughter and grand daughter horribly!! We were told to take my granddaughter there because they where an Urgent care..They did not inform my daughter until after the visit that they were not Urgent care! Sarah took it upon her self that we were neglecting our granddaughter and decided to call 911 on us! This is after they saw my granddaughter and ran test on her and everything came back negative! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!"
"Terrible experience. I scheduled an appointment for labs that my doctor had ordered and to discuss symptoms I've been having... We got there early, checked in, and waited. After an hour from when my appointment was supposed to start, I asked if I was still being seen, and they got me back there immediately. Apparently, they had checked me in and had me waiting in the wrong area for labs, but never thought to check the lobby. This was where I was told to wait. Besides this, I asked if I was also seeing a doctor to discuss my symptoms, and was told by the technician that I was just down for labs and could go to the walk in clinic if I wanted to. I specifically told the receptionist what I wanted to discuss with a doctor on the phone this morning, so I am very frustrated by this. This whole experience makes me feel like this clinic is very unorganized, slow, and a little bit rude. They definitely made it clear that they don't care."
