"I just called them and the guy on the phone would not stop interrupting me. He asked what was going on and he interrupted me over and over again. I swear these people tho k their Gods because they do medical care. It’s so bad they talk over you and treat you like you have no idea what you’re talking about. It’s a shame. Would NEVER recommend Mercy"

"I don't understand the negative reviews! I had my first appointment with Dr. Thornsberry, a terrific doctor, had painless blood test (and I'm needle phobic!). The Clinic was clean, no wait, nice staff and assistants. Nothing but good things to say!"

"My children and I seeNurse Practitioner S Geltmacher she is amazing her and the staff all love my children and treat them great she always answers my messages on the app and when my baby was young she had rsv and every other doctor around said she was fine I finally got in to Gletmacher and she listened and told me to take my baby to Springfield and that day my baby was hospitalized for a week if it wasn't for her idk what would have happened to my baby! She amazing and my kids ask for her personaly when they are sick and need to go to the doctor she So nice and gentle with them and takes her time they love her - Thank you Mercy clinic ❤️"

"The Mercy clinic in Republic has always been great by me. Today I called about a rash that came up on my face and wrist. Its very itchy and uncomfortable especially in this heat we're having. A nurse called me for a video chat immediately and a prescription has been called in. Dr Booth also did this for a spider bite in the past. Thery are very caring and professional."
