"Dr Reidel should not practice medicine. The first time I heard that she was advising patients to not vaccinate I thought perhaps it was just her political views flowing over into her practice. Then I hear she has advised a 2nd and a 3rd person to not vaccinate for flu and is strongly against Covid vaccinations and now advises against any kind of immunizations. This is a small town and I was told she refuses for Covid vaccinate even upon request. Dangerous advice."

"Always have to wait 20 minutes plus before called in for allergy shot. Add the 30 minute wait and I am there for almost an hour for a simple subq injection. A little aggravating especially since waiting room almost always empty."

"I called about a vaccine three days in a row just to be told on the fourth day that it was out of stock and that I could not receive it before the following semester began. The first two days I was told that it may need to ordered and that they would give me a call to update me. The call never came and now I have to go to a new place to get the vaccine. Customer service is poor at best."
