"Incredibly rude night shift workers, all I did was ask a few questions and was meet with sarcastic sparky attitude and getting call stupid for asking if I was pronouncing a name correctly."

"My mom was here for about 2 weeks. When she was transported back to a hospital she had a severe infection and a huge rash on her underside where you could tell they did not take care of her needs as they should. She actually cried asking us not to send her back there. I am here now to pick up her belongings and her cell phone and several changes of clothes are missing. The staff on duty say her phone is locked up and they don't have a key. They called the facility administrator and she refuses to come in and get it. They also say my mom's missing clothes are in the laundry but lo and behold no one has a key for that either. This place is obviously poorly run. Be good to your loved ones and don't allow them to be sent here."

"The Residents and staff are awesome! I am a new employee but I’m also a long time nurse. I have worked in long term care for over 30 years and I am enjoying getting to know Residents and staff. Staff care and it shows. The facility is clean and has a homey small town atmosphere. Outings for the residents includes fishing at Roaring River! Wow!"

"The facility is continuing to remodel, new floors, lighting, visiting space with 65 inch ultra HD TV with netflix for everyone. The fire protection is being updated to the newest tech with new sprinklers, simply amazing and beautiful."

"An elderly family friend was sent here for rehab after a stay in the hospital. She was not able to get out of the bed to go to the bathroom, and they wouldn't come when she pushed the button, nor would they come when she yelled. She would eventually go in her underwear, or brief, and they would still leave her lying in her waste for up to an hour. She got a rash, it was disgusting, and they did this several times. If you visit you will hear seniors yelling for help, and no one goes to them unless it is time for their 'scheduled' visit. One of the CNA's was very rough with this senior and accused her of fake crying. This was in Nov. and there were a lot of flys in her room, even after it had froze outside, so the flys apparently live there all year around. It was dirty, the floors were dirty and her light flickered all the time, like it might have electrical issues. We got her transferred to another facility as soon as we discovered what she was going through. Beware! I would never let someone I love go here."
