"Debbie at the front desk is rude af. Her nasty attitude is never in short supply. Dr hargett like wow, brushes off questions and concerns. Horrible bedside manor. Total douche. Acts like he knows more about medicine than anyone and knows more about your body than you do. Doctors here won't go extra to make sure your not sick unless you demand it. Half the time your seen late like 30-40+ minutes. Can't wait to go somewhere else!!"

"Absolutely love Dr. Donham. However the medical assistant Dorothy Hobbs is a piece of work, good luck getting her to answer your calls or return messages unless at her convenience. have been trying to contact them to get the location of a upcoming procedure and refill a prescription due to losing the information after having a heat stroke and all that was gotten when finally contacted was a bunch of snotty backtalk about only getting allowed to contact them by phone two times for prescription refills when that was not even the primary reason for calling not to mention the paradox of being told originally i have to call to get refills sent over because it's all done electronic now. the past month's really feel like some don't actually care about the patient's anymore at this facility and i am becoming more and more displeased."

"FYI: I CLICKED 5 STARS, BUT EACH TIME I POST IT SHOWS LESS THAN 5 .... so no matter what the stars show.... MY POST IS 5 STARS!! A large concern had finally lifted when I found Dr Donham. I had so many issues that needed to be monitored that most family care docs didnt want me!! Dr Donham being an internal medicine doc was totally willing to take me as a patient! then suddenly a year+ later Mercy drops his days in Branson and moves him full time to Shell Knob! I was devastated!!! choice: (A) find new doc (B) make the commute.... after prayer and consideration, We decided to make the hour drive each way to keep a doctor that had always taken interest in my needs as long as I can make the drive!!! He has been so very willing to make it best as possible for those of us that stayed with him.... he tries his very best to keep you from traveling to his office except for the biannual mandatory visits. He will call you back and discuss with you any in between concerns and not make you come to the office for every little thing!! I will admit, the office at shell knob is NOT as friendly as the Branson office.... except for the lab fella, he is nice as Doc! but, there have been a few times I felt from the front desk that i was an inconvenience!! BUT NEVER FROM THE DOCTOR!! for the doc, he finds the shell knob clinic to be better to work with for him.... but, I do NOT have his same feelings!!! even when calling, I know i will have to take the "SNAPPING" from the desk to get thru to my doctor. Then the nurse calls first... she always makes me feel like i am just ONE MORE HASSLE OF THE DAY!! but, then when the doctor calls back.... I am comfortable again!! I like people that SMILE .... I even like to hear that SMILE when on the phone!! Never seen or heard smiles there in shell knob. BUT, that still is not enough to make me change doctors as long as I can make the drive!!"

"Dr. Donham has been our family physician for 4 years. We have found him to be outstanding competent and thorough in his approach. We were sorry to see him relocate to the Shell Knob clinic, but we think highly enough of him to make the 1 hr drive from Branson."
