"One of the best gyms you'll find for miles. I believe it's the only 24/7 gym in all of Carroll County as well. Has all the most common equipment you'll need to get a good workout, whether it be legs, arms, or cardio.. they even have a punching bag! I LOVE the views of the natural forest from the windows in front of the treadmills!"
