"Very kind, and very helpful. Since she knew I was self-pay Cathy made sure to find a medication that was effective but on the cheap side. The whole staff was very kind to me, which was nice as I haven’t been to a medical office in years."
"The front door and online says they close at 4pm.. guess that only really matters depending on who is at the front desk. My mom called at 3pm and they told her the latest I could come in would be 3:30. So I drove from holiday island to eureka for my baby to be seen. I walk through the door at 3:24 and the receptionist with red hair looks at me like I’m dumb and asks me what’s wrong. I tell her my baby (7 month old) is running a fever, has been crying all day and I think her ear is hurting and that we need to be seen. She’s like “well, we’re full. Have you called her pcp? Otherwise maybe you need to go to the ER. We’re full.” I guess sick babies dont matter if it could possibly keep you at work a little longer and disrupt your plans. Skip this one all together and try Washington Regional on Passion Play. They have much more compassionate and professional service and are a better hospital overall."
"Arrived on Thur as they opened. Great care...felt like Dana Howard was thorough and diagnosis was on point. She sent me for CT scan. Today I got a personal call from her checking on me. WOW thank you to all of the team."
"I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review, but my experience here warrants one. First of all, I waited like 2 hours to see the physician (which would have been fine, if they treated me kindly once I was seen.) However, that wasn’t the case. The physician (Cindy I think) was immediately dismissive of my issues and seemed like she wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible. I had to ask in order to get any tests done, and they didn’t even have any flu tests to use on me. She seemed irritated with me the entire time and implied I was faking my illness. I had to interrupt her as she tried to usher me out in order to get a Covid test. I have never felt so disrespected in a professional setting, and it made it worse that she gave me nothing to ease my symptoms. I left wondering what I had done to make them so upset with me."
"The staff at this walk-in is amazing. Nurse practitioner Cathy is compassionate and knowledgeable. After having "the crud" for over two weeks and testing neg for covid twice, I finally went to Mercy Clinic. Even though they were busy, the wait was short. All staff were efficient. And they have strict protocol for covid. This is my second experience with this walk-in clinic and I cannot recommend it highly enough."
