"I've been going here for a couple years now and it's helped me so much. The staff is very caring, Dr. Kory is direct but not cold. I'll continue to go here as long as it's open! Knocked one star due to *sometimes* long wait times! But other than the occasional longer than expected wait, I don't have anything negative to say!"
"Each visit was a new problem. My insurance has told me many times that each time I have an appointment here, I should only need to pay a 35$ co-pay, unless my appointment requires some kind of extracurricular screening. And yet, every appointment costs over 100$. When I asked Eustasis why the cost was more than what my insurance said, the response was always something along the lines of "We have a program that allows you to see different doctors or specialists each visit, allowing for shorter wait times and the best care we can provide," usually with different bits of legalese thrown in. (Most of my appointments were for regular screenings and medication refills.) The quality of each visit was poor, too. I'm asked to show 15 minutes early to the appointment, but still have to wait over an hour to see a random doctor each time. Better yet, it was usually a nurse that would do most of the appointment, then I'd see a doctor for all of five minutes for them to sign prescriptions. I hope any of this gets to people before they consider going here. Front desk and nurses were awesome, though. I've never had a problem with the, and they always give some sort of fun in the day."
"Place is fantastic. Was suffering with my own issues for years. Finally took the step to get help and after several other visits to other establishments I was let down. Came here and they actually listened to my concerns and took me seriously. Don’t expect a therapy session, that’s not what this place is for. They will talk to you and be kind, but their job isn’t to lay you down on a couch dig into your psyche. all the people complaining about the attitude of the staff is silly. It’s also still a doctors office so yes, you might be in the waiting room for more than 5 seconds. Other people do in fact exist. 10/10 would mental health again."
"If I could zero stars I would. You wait forever even tho you have an appointment, you never see the same person twice. My doctor who has been working with my mental health for almost 10years wanted me to get my adhd testing done I came here. First they refused because of my bipolar which was fine till they changed my meds for some reason now insurance doesn’t even cover that med so now I’m have to start back over with my doc on my bipolar meds (worked two years on previous meds before they changed it) took my adhd test finally after a month and half and they belittled me because I scored higher than normal people (which clearly means I have adhd) the lady told me I might have to retake the test because the scores were just too high to make sense I started to freak out because I already got overwhelmed the first time taking the test because there was a screaming baby next door and doctor on the phone talking really loud in the next room. Oh they didn’t have my on the schedule for the adhd testing after telling me for a month that I would be able to take the test this visit they just squeezed me and then forgot about me in the testing room. Finally after her belittling me she tells me they can’t treat me because of my thc usage I say that fine because I want my doc to treat me like he has for almost ten years. So try to tell me they can’t release information to my doctor and when I go to request they tell me they can’t do anything because medical records isn’t in that building it’s in MO. I call MO location and they tell that’s a lie I can get a paper in person from the Roger’s office with my diagnosis on there. Took me two days to get me diagnoses and they put on there Psychoactive Substance Dependence with Current Use I’m sorry what?! I was doing what my doctor told me to do and that was push for my adhd test which I was diagnosed with two types. Drugs scare me and if I would have seen the same person while I was there they would know this. Also while trying to get my diagnosis I finally was able to get ahold of someone in Roger’s office and I said damn on accident and the lady said “don’t cuss at me” and hung up while I was having a panic attack and I told her I was freaking out and stressed about all this I do not recommend going here they are very unprofessional and they simply don’t care about your mental health they truly look down on everyone that goes there and they think they are better than you."
"Unless you want to wait over a hour after your appointment times and have no one respond to calls or messages sent regarding problems with meds I would not recommend. Staff is nice but if you are a busy working parent or have other plans that day be prepared to have to deal with that. We are just going to use our PCP for meds until we get him into Ozark guidance for med management. My daughter goes there and we have always had appointments on time and always get a call back within 24 hours if I call. I do appreciate this place for testing my son but that’s the only thing we got out of it. All the patients were sitting around very frustrated with wait times. It felt like going to a ER even though we had an appointment you wait a very long time."
