"I called about a flea pill said I'm new in the area and don't have a vet yet; the receptionist replied, "You have to have a prescription for that." And hung up on me. I called her back and asked if I could make an appointment, I had just told her I'm new in the area, I own a pet, and I'm in need of Vet services. She said yes, but since I'm new $35 to make an appointment paid over the phone. The vet looked at her for 2 mins and left. $75 for 3 pills, $55 for 1. What???"

"I spent most the day calling local vets in my area (Webb City) everyone said they couldn't see my young sons cat with an eye injury for 2+ weeks. I have worked in vet med for 5 years I knew his eye couldn't wait 2 weeks. I called Dake veterinary clinic and the receptionist said they could get me in the next day! We seen Dr. Chuck Dake and he was so helpful and took such great care of my sons cat it even made my son feel better! It may be a 50min drive for me but any vet clinic that is willing to put the patient care first is a vet I want taking care of my fur babies! 10/10 recommended!"
