"I wish I could give 0 stars! This place sales used lipglos, which is a health violation! I picked up my daughter some pink lipgloss from this store. We noticed that it was already opened with black stuff on the end of the stick! I called so I can get a new one, they told me all sales were final. Ridiculous! I literally just bought it 10 minutes before calling. I will NEVER be shopping at this location again and will be reporting to the Health department! DO NOT SHOP HERE!"

"Great experience! I called a hour before I arrived, great representative that I spoke with on the phone. Once I arrived my bags of hair was at the counter. The owner was friendly which made me purchase MORE. Order consisted of (Pre Stretched Hair, 1B&27, Hair Bonnet, Hair Oil, Edge Comb). My total was $80-100.00. "I’ve been coming here for years , unfortunately because it’s close but I won’t be coming back. For one they don’t exactly make you feel the most welcome. I went in there today and the lady at the register didn’t speak, didn’t ask if I needed help, just looked me up and down. However the security lady spoke, just to say take your hood off. Then they want to watch you like a hawk which is very annoying. So I put my basket back and walked out. Also, you can get the same products anywhere else cheaper."

"Way too expensive. I understand that they are remodeling and expanded into the old Metro PCS store, but I can drive a few miles away and get a better deal (and they were higher than most hair stores even before the expansion). Yes they are friendly but they are just they're just too high"
