Then they will show you a tiny little sign in that back, that your back is facing when you check out that shows what is final sale and what isn’t. Terrible communication."

"Please be careful with this company, as they have incorrect descriptions of items offered. They listed this wig at 22 inches and sent me this. When I complained they told me it was an inaccurate description made by mistake. Shop at your own risk and buyer beware."

"Today I purchased a clipper at 9am from star beauty and after I purchased it I realized that I didn’t want it and didn’t more so need it. About a hour went by to be exact and I had came back to star beauty wanting to return it, because what’s the point of keeping something I realized I don’t need. they told me I could only do store credit because it “had been used” but it wasn’t, but I could tell that he made his decision based off the boxed being opened after I purchased it, which is very understandable but I proceeded to tell him that I had opened the box, but to only realize that I didn’t need this exact clipper and didn’t even use it. Told me there was nothing he could do besides take store credit which to me is why I gave them a one star because when he first looked at the clipper he was deciding if he should give me money back or not and proceeded to point at the clipper and say it had been used, which it wasn’t at all. I only had the clipper for an hour if that, but you would think they would give me the money back considering that I’m loyal customer that has purchased clippers and trimmers from star beauty before in the past but clearly that wasn’t a enough. There is no camaraderie at star beauty, they only serve the money and not the customer. I would highly suggest that you spend your money at beauty essence where they honor the customer, especially the ones who have shopped in the past"

"Normally the hair is decent. But stay away from the (BOGO) buy one get one free bags. Spent $170 on 2 bags and after a week its so tangled. It’s a sew in and since I spent so much, I was hoping to wear it awhile but the hair quality is so bad It needs to be removed. Very upset."
