"My first experience with Massage Envy, Booked appointment for Sunday morning. It’s 9:54 am my appointment is at 11:30 with Arielle. Received an email to confirm appointment with her days before , I did. Then just received an email that she is injured and cancelled. Things happen, so I just called them to inquire about the last minute cancellation ….Matt, I believe, told me….and I quote…”fortunately we can’t do a massage for you, but we can offer a facial, sorry!” No offer to reschedule another time. I told him this was awful customer service. For those of us who are caregivers, doing something extra for yourself takes time and planning. I only have a window of time to get “mama sitters” to run errands and try to do get a little self care. I’m so disappointed I want to cry."

She was fast with her hand movements, rough and jerky making it hard to enjoy or even feel comfortable. I didn’t come away feeling like I just had a 90 min massage."
