"I was referred to Dr Dunlap by my primary physician. She told me he was the best and he really is. I was laid up for 4 wks with sciatic pain that, basically, had turned my right leg into a continuous Charlie horse!! I finally got another back injection but received less than 60% relief. I was at my wits end when I first met with Dr Dunlap, and like many other people just somewhat skeptical-he was very thorough. He reviewed my current history and my long history of chronic back pain. I’m a retired RN of 42 years and for the past 6 yrs have been working a job where I’m on my feet 6-7 hrs also. "When the VA first sent me to Dr. Dunlap for acupuncture, I was a huge skeptic. After years of upper and lower back pain and constant headaches, I was ready to try ANYTHING just to get any relief! I walked into his office with a headache I had constantly for four months. I walked out with no head that lasted about 3 hours. I came back three times a week for a few weeks and made it to one week without a headache, then worked up to a couple weeks with no headaches. Once the VA authorized adjustments with the acupuncture, I am back to a mostly normal lifestyle.
