"I have been with mercy for years never had a problem until recently I had blood work done about three weeks ago I have asked servel times to the nurse when some one is going to let me know about my test results she ignored me so it’s time to find a new doctor"
"I checked in at 8.30 for a Covid testing and I have been asked to wait in the car. More than 2 hrs of waiting no test taken. Had a very bad experience on my first visit here. Moreover, clinic didn't perform any covid test and had just a one video visit for myself and charged the entire family. My kid and wife billed without any testing on outpatient charges. FELT VERY BAD and dumping me with 400+ dollars for nothing."
"Dr. Megan Busch and her nurse Natasha have been fantastic over the last few years. My children and I are all patients and I am thankful beyond words for both of them! My daughter has complicated medical needs. Dr. Busch and Natasha do an amazing job for her! If you want a Doctor who treats your child as a person who deserves a good quality of life and not just another patient, this is your team! They are the most caring, compassionate and professional team I have ever worked with for my daughter!!"
"Do NOT do business with Mercy Centerton if you rely on any type of regular medication!! The educated and friendly staff are completely overshadowed by consistently unreliable and mind-bogglingly frustrating issues with even the most simple of requests. On several occasions spanning multiple years, I have been forced to go without a medication that I have been prescribed for most of my life to take DAILY. The reason I have gone without? Despite my bending over backwards and going out of my way, the health care "professionals" at Mercy Centerton cannot manage to have my doctor provide a simple signature! First, I was told I needed to call 48 hours ahead of needing my next prescription to request my next refill be sent to my pharmacy. Seems a little unnecessary for a simple signature on a medication I have been taking for YEARS, and complete a check-up for every 6 months, but I accommodated the request in hopes this would forego any future delays. It did not. When calling two days ahead still saw unexplainable delays on an almost monthly basis, my doctor offered to start sending over three months of prescriptions at a time. This allowed me to pick-up my medication on schedule for two such periods (6 months). The latest instance takes the cake though... I first called the clinic last Wednesday morning to request my next 3-month period of prescriptions be sent to my pharmacy by Friday. Friday rolls around and my pharmacy has not received anything. I proceed to call the Mercy Centerton clinic multiple times throughout the day, only to be repeatedly told by each subsequent representative that "they have escalated the request," before learning less than an hour before they close for the weekend that my doctor was not in that day. The same rep did confirm that his Friday off was planned and he WAS in the clinic ALL DAY Wednesday and Thursday, yet somehow nobody managed to get his signature?! Now, it is 5:00pm CST on Monday afternoon. The clinic is closed and I am still without my medication. I have called four more times across the day, each different rep informing me that all of my various calls and "escalations" are noted on my patient profile, but my doctor is in all day and they cannot find any logical reason why my prescription has not been addressed. The third and fourth reps even confirmed that they have sent messages to the clinic director/manager that were delivered, but have received ZERO response. No call backs, no logical explanation, nothing but "we are doing everything we can," which apparently is not sufficient enough to prevent a patient now going 5 days without the medication they themselves have prescribed him DAILY. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for the complete lack of professionalism and customer service I have experienced with the Mercy Centerton staff on numerous occasions. I count myself fortunate that this medication is not something I need daily to survive, but what if if was?!? How can trained health care providers be so inept at simply getting a signature?!?"
"3+ hour wait between my son and myself. We had to see two different doctors even though we have the same symptoms. Even though being sick for well more than week, after entertaining a 3 year old for several hours, the doctors were not going to prescribe anything antibiotics. I did not advocate for myself but I did for my son. I am glad I did because if I didn’t ask for an antibiotic for my son he would still be sick. After about 48 hours my son is better and I am still sick. I even called and talked to the nurse of doctor Celeste Williams explaining that the antibiotic worked for my son. They still refuse to provide medication until they get their testing done. I realize there might be a small risk with an antibiotic but why prescribe it to a 3 year old as the test subject. Moreover, the doctors claim they consulted together. So the consensus was to prescribe my 3 year the supposed risky antibiotic. I am discussing with my regular doctor at the moment. If it is fixed, I will add a new note."
