"Literally cannot reccomend this clinic enough. Janice Williams is my primary care physician and she is wonderful. My most favorite doctor I have ever had. But what really sells this place is the ability to quickly get a human being on the phone to help you address your needs. None of this waiting half a day to talk to a nurse or sitting on hold forever just to speak to the receptionist. Never have I had access to such prompt medical advice. Plus, all the staff at this clinic go the extra mile in taking the time to really listen to you. I have never felt rushed and always felt truly cared about at this clinic. For the most part they get you in and out quickly, there have been a couple times I have had to wait a little while to see the doctor but you will get that anywhere you go. You will not get this kind of quick and easy accessibility to their wonderful office staff and nurses anywhere you go though. That's what makes this clinic the best."

"The receptionist was rude and had a bad attitude. I arrived 10 minutes late and she canceled my appointment. In several occasions, I waited for hours to get medical attention and they do not care when the patient waits for long periods of time to get medical treatment."

"Stay away from it. I highly suspect the clinic’s integrity and honesty. They manipulate the code for more money. My wife scheduled a yearly check and the doctor changed it as new patient establish for more charge. We spent hours to dispute it and they gave us different reasons every time. They promised to let their manager to call back but they never call back. I wish I could give them negative response if the system allows."

"UPDATE: The Drs Nurse got hold of me and the Nurse Practioner got my medication. I still sat for the weekend and have gotten little sleep because of my injuries, but they do care, it's just a mess it's so busy. Giving two stars back to them for righting an error. We all make mistakes, I just hold the medical community to a standard of communication at least. But these are good people. *****ORIGINAL*****If the Dr takes Friday off, you will receive NO care from this clinic. NO refills until Monday. This has been a recurring theme, too busy to take care of their patients. Enter at the risk of your own health. BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS won't even be taken care of. Had to go to the ER to get BLOOD PRESSURE down and mess afterwards. Dr. Archer will smile to your face and do nothing for you. Take charge of your care folks!! And I have 2 broken vertebrae I'm dealing with now with little to no help"

"APRN Janice Williams gave me the worst experience I ever had. Waiting for over 40 mins in my room while overhearing she talked loudly with another patient in the room next door. I guess that patient got very good experience talking with her, uh? Shouldn’t a nurse/doctor consider all the patients scheduled at that period of time, do their jobs good and quick? The only thing Janice did to me was saying hello when I waited for my lab test. No even apologizing for letting me wait for so long. She was dry and unsympathetic. I won’t go to this clinic any more."
