"At one time I went to Mercy because it was close to me. I had to go to Pea Ridge because they had nothing available in Bella Vista. This was when I changed my Primary care to Pea Ridge. My Nurse Practitioner is Tiffany Shanahan. She is amazing. Very thorough. I never feel rushed. I've see two others there and it is the same. Always a great experience. If your looking for a professional primary care you should consider Mercy Pea Ridge."

"I just transferred from the Pea Ridge Medical Clinic to the Bella Vista Medical Clinic. The difference between the two facilities is night and day! I'm so happy that I was able to transfer my patient care to the new facility. Pea Ridge clinic has gone downhill. I've been going to Pea Ridge clinic for 5 years and went through quite a few Doctors and Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Jenner and Nurse Practitioner Whitney Franklin were by far the best! Even the ones afterward were good, but when I got to Nurse Practitioner Tiffany Shanahan, I felt that she didn't really care about me or who I was as a person. I didn't feel like she was actually listening to what was going on. I've never encountered a medical professional that seemed less interested in their patient. I felt like I was being herded through like cattle. I also felt like she cared more about explaining herself then listening to what I was saying. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The second time I brought my husband with me just in case it was just me the first time. This wasn't the case. She acted the same way the second time I saw her with my husband with me. I'm not sure of the actually Dr. at that clinic, because it was rare that I could even get in to see her. So she could be good. You'll have to find out for yourself. Otherwise, I highly recommend Dr. Yeager at the Bella Vista Mercy clinic! He was amazing the very first time I saw him. He listened tentatively. Didn't act like he was in a rush to get to his next patient! He kept asking questions to get a grasp of what was going on. I'm so happy that I transferred to him!!! Please don't leave Bella Vista Mercy Clinic. You're so amazing!"

"My nurse practitioner who is my primary, Tiffany Shanahan, cancelled my medications without even telling me. Also, I had my drivers license cancelled after passing out. I got cleared by all the doctors she sent me to then she refused to fill out my release papers. What does this supposed healthcare provider want to happen to me? Does she want me to die? Thank you Tiffany for ruining my life. You have no reason to call yourself any kind of healthcare provider. My papers are still sitting in the doctors office you told me to go to. 3 years I haven’t been able to drive when I have been cleared. The doctors here are the most horrible I have encountered in my whole entire life. We trust you. No more!!"
