"There is no longer walk ins and that's fine. But they allow me to screen in with my kids at the door. To step over to a counter and be told they won't see my kid other than video call because that's really gonna help them listen and see her. No fever no symptoms just a cough and she asks me to send them to the door... Excuse you we was screened and let in as a family... If Byron hadn't been my kids doctor all there life I would make a point to go anywhere else ! Don't blame poor service on covid and have someone at your check in table to prescreen oh and maybe tell anyone at first contact we only see patients for xyz. I love Doctor Byron but the women up front are horrid"

"Went to this clinic and the receptionist looked at my insurance and said she didn’t have me in file.. so she made me call my insurance provider in front of her to get all the info she needed. Finally got into see that doctor and she pretty much had nothing to say except that I had a cough and stuffy nose (mind you I could barely breathe or speak because of all the build-up)... she told me too come back if it got worse, it did. I came back and I was turned away because I came half hour after walk-in times. Which is understandable, but that same receptionist told me that they probably wouldn’t have saw me anyway because the second time needs to be with my primary... three weeks later my illness got worse. So I went to another clinic and they said I have chronic bronchitis. They had to give me a steroid shot and an inhaler... so upset that you guys didn’t catch that, Also you guys charged me 90$ as a copay when my insurance card says no copay. DO NOT recommend this Mercy clinic primary care to anyone."
