"Scheduling was easy. Got me in right when I needed to! The appointment went amazing. Dr Hage was the best optometrist I have ever seen! She explained everything she was doing and explained how my condition could affect things. I seriously can’t say more good things about her! The glasses weren’t as expensive as I was expecting because our I didn’t cover optical. All in all I have been very pleased with my experience!"

"First, your reg glasses and sunglasses never come in at the same time. I live an hour away, so that's a problem. Second. My sunglasses' measurements were wrong and had them redone. Haven't gotten them back yet, so can't give up date on that. Third, I also feel that my reg glasses aren't right either - like the prescription is a bit off, but I am not going to replace them - they're ok. Don't think I'll use Sam's again for glasses."

I’m hearing beeping and excessive noise in the background as well. I received easier customer care and support from LensCrafters! Terrible customer service through here"

"The prices are very competitive, and you don’t need to have a Sam’s Club membership to make an appointment. She does a very thorough job, and all the staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. We had to wait a while (40 minutes) in the waiting room after our scheduled appointment before getting in, though."
