"Needed urgent care last Friday as my husband fell and cut his hand. Dr. Barcat took excellant care of us. And it's now open at 1 pm instead of 6pm. A good place to get care when you need it."
"Manzer Family Medicine, what can I say, maybe the hours, hours are very helpful and useful with my unusual work schedule, as I am working in the healthcare field and working day, night or even both at the same time, on the other hand, my first visit, subtract that, my daughter's first visit, no she's not a baby, okay, she's my 15 year old baby, always going to be, okay turning off the next exit, more or less, changing the subject, as she's looking over my shoulder and asking politely to change the subject, so as I was saying, we got there a shy of 30 minutes before closing and they kept her until they were done (15 minutes after closing) to treat the problem that she had, so I'm going to give them 4 stars because, I'm happy because she came out happy!"
"The young female doc or whatever she claimed to be asked me why I was wearing a mask and said they were all talking about me bc of it. I mean....I was sure I had the flu, tho they couldn't actually test for it and i left undiagnosed. Guess you're supposed to spread germs around there. Also the lady who gave me my shot was rude bc i was so late getting to her bc the doc ( or whatever she claimed to be) forgot to tell her i was there.. Also, forget about calling them for anything. They dont answer or return calls. If Manzer Clinic is a must, go to Galena and ask to see Karen. She's super sweet as is the rest of the staff there."
"When I went into the facility they were somewhat polite. While filling out all of the information I asked them how to spell the medication that I was allergic too. After I turned in the paperwork they double checked with me. Then they took me back and the Medical Assistant went through my vitals and then the doctor came in and checked my throat for five seconds. Then told me that she would prescribe me something to take for my sore throat. The whole thing took maybe 5 minutes and they didn’t even tell me what was wrong. When I got to the pharmacy they prescribed me the medicine that I was allergic to. They don’t seem to care about their patients and just care about the money that they are going to receive."
"5 star for multiple visits! I've been there 3 times and they are very fast and the NP in Carthage, can't remember her name at the moment, is so wonderful! I'm a long way from my PCP, so I'm thankful I found somewhere close that takes my insurance and can see me so quickly!"
