"My first visit there, and the medical ?person? (NOT Dr Robert's!), was VERY loudly berating the receptionist, and he kept at it for several minutes while I was sitting in the waiting room, and I am sure that he knew that I was there. He was red in the face, speaking very loudly. He was VERY unprofessional. Dr. Robert's, however was brief, but professional and friendly. Not sure I will go back in spite of Dr. Roberts.. Someone should reccomend that his assistant needs anger management classes."

"Came here a couple years ago to get my wife's very large planters warts worked on/removed. Their bedside manner and communication were not the best. My main complaint is how after relaying the process of what they were going to do they just immediately started doing it. Yes I understand that's how it generally works but they were effectively cutting large chunks of wart off her feet without any real indication or heads up they were gonna start. Then the nurse came in and incorrectly treated my wife's foot which resulted in a minor infection. My wife could barely walk on her foot on the way in and was barely able to hobble out with my support. Put simply my wife was traumatized from the experience. We were both in shock because neither of us had experienced such poor bedside manner and lack of communication that neither of us really knew what to do but pay and leave. When we did try to confront them over the phone about it all we got was a "If you'd like an apology you can come back". I don't know that it's the same physician in there but if so I'd recommend making it know he's not to do anything until you or the person being treated gives them the okay."
