"If you want to be in a narcissist relationship here You go."
"Recently moved here and do not know the area too well. I gave the lady my address and she was extremely rude and did not understand how I did not know what county I live in. After yelling at me about her having to look up my county, she told me I couldn’t go to Grove and needed to go to vinita. You would think for a mental health facility they would have nicer staff… she triggered one of my seizures from stress."
"I was referred to this place by my pcp for anxiety/depression/suicidal. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I've told over 12 staff members that I work full time and only have Mondays off for my appointments, they schedule you appointments for everyday but the day I requested then act all mad that I couldn't make the appointments. Half the time I don't even know that I was scheduled to see them. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL! Then the doctor will talk about upping the medication but then send in the same prescription without changing it at all! Honestly they're suppose to be helping but I feel as though they are making it worse instead of better!"
"I had a horrible time getting everyone on the same page for my son and myself. Was told things that didn’t happen until I blew the crisis line up. When I was in the Vinita Hospital, the nurse Heather was the worst. She made me feel like she hated me and was so crabby, even other staff said she didn’t belong there. I called the crisis line and she just yelled at me and wouldn’t even listen to what I was asking. She just shut me down. I will say this, I had to blow everyone up with phone calls to get progress but they are definitely stepping up and finally following through with everything. Theo is the real MVP!"
"Very poorly managed. Very bad communication. I was referred here to get help with anxiety / depression / suicide. Over the course of about 2 months I have now visited multiple facilities 5+ times, and have called the facility approx. 10-20 times so far. The "counselor" I have been assigned is a person who sits and talks about themselves, then sends you on your way after maybe 30 minutes or so. The "dr" I got to speak to on an iPad (drove to their Jay facility for this) for about 15 minutes, before the call dropped. He never called me back, or has answered any of my questions or even followed up with me on anything he said he would. I can tell this is a facility that is designed to help people, but unfortunately I'm not receiving any actual care, and I'm left with more questions then answers. They do not return calls, cannot answer any questions you have. You will spend a lot of time wasted back and forth, well mostly just forth. People don't seem to talk to each other, and I'm not sure why insurance has paid them a dime because all I've done is waste time back and forth with them to get absolutely nothing so far. One good person I've met who cares so far, "Jennifer". However only so much 1 person can do, they don't deserve to work for a company like this."
