"This is an excellent urgent care facility! Their website gives you the option to select an appointment time and register online eliminating the need to show up and wait for an extended period of time while completing paperwork. This is extremely helpful. Especially if you have kids, as you can complete all of the required paperwork while at home and do not have to juggle them in the waiting area. All of the staff are super friendly and great with kids and really efficient. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes (Treated for minor illness). The facility is also clean and accommodating. I would 100% recommend using Urgent Care of Grand Lake!"

"This establishment has had by far the best receptionist attitude towards patients. Every other medical place I have been to, the reception seem as though they don't want to interact with people. Urgent Care of Grand Lake was a very welcoming atmosphere. I was seen quickly, my issue taken seriously, and was resolved in minutes. Very kind staff that care about your well-being."

"Everybody was very friendly and the visit was as quick as it could be for me! I dont have anyones names, but the lady at the desk was immediately very kind and helpful, she was very empathetic with the patients, the young nurse who took my blood seemed like she was new or not very experienced but she did an amazing job taking my blood and had perfect hospitality! The x-ray technician was also a very sweet lady and had a great sense of humor! I had a male doctor who took his time to explain everything to me and again had excellent hospitality and an obvious compassion for his patients! Overall I am very impressed with the staff and work ethic and environment of this care facility, and I will absolutely be coming back anytime I feel ill :) after one visit, this is now my go-to place!"

"I love the registration and check in and online feature. I arrived at the time the system told me to, it even texted me a reminder. The entire team was wonderful, as was the environment and facility. I had a X-ray and was seen/treated by the Doctor and nurse very quickly. So thankful they are here in Grove!"
