"This was originally a 5-star review from when they first opened this location. For reference I've been vaping for 9 years and have been a customer of Vapor World and then Vapor 100 (after the buyout/rebrand) for almost as long. I just got sold very dark, expired juice, that tastes burnt in a brand new, primed coil and clean vape. It tasted nowhere close to the tester bottle. The juice is almost 2 years old, so I went back expecting good service and after a call to the manager, I got a HARD no on any chance of exchange or credit. If you're reading this review, then I still have not received an exchange/refund or apology from a manager. I will advise everyone to avoid their stores if this is not solved. There are plenty of other options out there, and stores that know when a product has gone bad. A business can't expect to thrive by treating their customers this way."
"I will never go to this store again. I get store policy but you have to try the vape in the store. We have never had an issue until today when within a hour after leaving the store the vape we bought started misfiring. It misfired for almost 30 mins straight. We just bought the vape today and now it is literally burned up. I am extremely disappointed that they offered nothing for this type of issue. No way I am going to buy another vape from them when the one I got started acting up an hour after leaving the store. I even offered to bring the vape up to show it was misfiring but nope you are sol they won't budge. Waste of money feel like they stole my money. Terrible customer service."

"Staff is not knowledgeable about products and products are defective. Went In to buy a battery and the guy behind the counter was so "out of it" that he tried to sell me a charger instead of a battery. Go anywhere else except this place."
