"We called this place as it came up as an animal hospital on Google, I called and asked if this was the animal hospital in Girard to which I got the reply “this is one of em.” He then proceeded to cut me off asking repeated questions before I could answer them, I asked if we could bring our cat is as they were listed as a 24hr vet hospital on Google, I tried to verify this with the man on the phone and he asked if we’d ever been there before in a short toned manner, I replied no this would be our first time as we live 20 minutes away and usually go elsewhere but this occurred at 7:00 at night and our normal clinic was closed. I told him where we usually go and he then cut me off and said “then call that doctors office or cell number.” Then abruptly hung up on me before I could ask if he knew it. I then called back to state how rude that was and was then promptly cussed out and yelled at over the phone. If you want somewhere that is actually going to care about your animal go literally anywhere else. All I wanted to know is if they could take our cat in tonight and was treated terribly."

"Love Neal as a vet, he will give it to you straight...I do miss his daughter being in the office though, she had it down but with the new girl the struggle is real..."
