"Walked in to find a certain piece the worker first tried to help us but after he told us they are out I decided to just look around and my boyfriend went to play a game. Thats when he said we are closed if u want to buys something I will help but we are closed. First door wasn't locked 2nd u would think that you would lead with that information."

Love the people...love their merch..love the prices .the atmosphere...they are cool friendly helpful funny..very kind people...get ur cigs here ...spend ur money here with them..they are way friendlier then the people working the chains who hate their lives and jobs I would rather go here and see a smile and someone who loves their place then go to Casey's and havesome one who hates being there help me....no thanks... I'm team smokescience!!"

"Moved to Springfield beginning of the year. Made a couple calls to shops around me to see if they carried my brand and both were so unprofessional I would never give them my money. Went in to one other, same unprofessional. Saw Smoke Science on a drive went in to check it out and so happy I did. The whole staff is super nice and helpful. They have turned me on to some new products but never make you feel pressured. Went on a successful mission to find my side loads that could not even fine online anymore. They will make sure you are happy with your products, they want you to be happy. They also have the best prices I have found around here. They will always have my business. Best Smoke shop in town. 100."

"I’ve been looking all over for a particular Elfbar flavor. I’ve started calling different stores so I’m not wasting gas driving all over with the hike in gas prices. I live across town from Smoke Science so ofc I called before making the drive and the person who answered the phone assured me over and over they had the specific one I was looking for. I drove the 20 minutes, immediately after calling, just to find they in fact didn’t have the flavor. The person working even checked boxes that hadn’t been unpacked yet and I appreciate their diligence, but whoever answered the phone obviously didn’t care to insure it was actually in stock before telling me it was. That’s incredibly frustrating and exactly what I’ve been trying to avoid. I won’t be coming back."
