Walmart Vision & Glasses 1712 East Ohio Street, Clinton, MO 64735

"Bought my glasses at the Clinton store on 9-1-23. They were bi-focals with the lines. Never could figure out why they didn't fit right, or why I couldn't see right in them. Went back to the store once and a woman adjusted them, but still couldn't see well. I was able to see better out of a pair of dollar glasses. Then I went to the Walmart Camdenton store on 11-1-23 and I asked them to look at them and the lady there said that they were made wrong, and I needed to take them back where I bought them. She said one bi-focal was higher than the other. I took them back to the vision center Clinton, where I bought them and they adjusted them but would not replace them since I was 2 days past the guarantee time. Today is 11-3-23. I will never buy from them ever again and don't recommend them at all. I also was told before that they would take old frames that I had and fill them, but once there, they said that they wouldn't use any of the 3 frames I had with me. Price, was slightly cheaper, but not much, definitely not cheap enough to take a chance like that again. Several hundred dollars is still a lot of money. Linda Creswell"

"My father got his eye test done and the older woman told him to shut up during the exam. Then when he called Friday they told him that glasses had arrived but they hadn't gotten to them so Saturday he had to call and ask them if they arrived. Very rude"

Glasses fit like a glove. Super happy with my glasses. They don't slide even when I bend over. Staff is courteous and professional."
