"The people here are friendly never had an issue with it. Getting the glasses is a pain and it's overly priced. Both my first pair and safety glasses frames broke within a few months. For some reason I didn't have a warranty even though I payed for one. On my second main pair within a year of my previous pair, they are also broken. Walmart glasses I had lasted three years no problems, probably going back over there."

"Failed to mention that the visit wasn't covered by insurance. Being only a month away from qualifying for the visit. They could have mentioned this before the appointment. Tried to pressure into the appointment saying they are far out in scheduling and too reschedule, would be a long wait."

"purchased glasses for both of my kids just a little under a year ago. Used insurance but during the visit they asked about add ons but didn’t go over pricing of each thing until it was put in there and ended up paying over $300 extra. This wasn’t a big deal, they needed glasses and it was blue light filters so they could use their school computers safely and anti scratch coating, they’re teens, not much could or would happen to them. One set of glasses broke at the temple, a clean break at the weld which we figured was a manufacturers defect so we took them in under warranty. They told us the person to check wasn’t available but they would look into it for us and to call back in a couple of days. Called, the glasses were under warranty and could be replaced but would take time. We waited, son had no glasses for over two weeks before we were called and informed his glasses were done but that they were at a different location. I asked if they could send them to our location, they said yes. Waited another week before my husband went down to the place with my son and asked where they were, they still had not left the other location! Now, my husband talked to the other location and found they had the glasses there, told them to hold them and he would take the hour drive to get them, does so and upon arrival learns they never had the full glasses, just the lenses! Surprise surprise the original location has the frames…it goes on… We will not be using this company again, will not recommend."

"Untimely, unprofessional ,hard to work with. They're not responsible for breaking your glasses while adjusting and have successfully broken 2 pair right in front of me. Overall super unsatisfied. Won't be going back :("
