"I’ve been coming to this store since it was opened in the little half a building set up that you could barely even walk in. Employees have told me there is a 48 hour return policy on burnt or misfiring vapes. I’ve returned a vape 2 times in the 4 years that I’ve been going and that has always been the policy. Suddenly it’s not? Every employee says something different. Really frustrating when you come in and hear different things all the time."

"TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! i really hate to leave a Negative review but we've been in this shop over 10 times just in the last couple of weeks and the employees never know the prices of things or what they even are! they will sell you the wrong thing just to push a sale! the manager is rude and makes you feel like shes doing a favor for correcting her EMPLOYEES mistakes and PLEASE check what you are buying a lot of times they don't even know what they are selling or if its even safe to consume. Joplin shops continue to prove that you are better paying a corporation to have stuff shipped to ur door than do business with them"
