"I was treated like absolute garbage when I called the normal phone number on a Sunday, I did not call an emergency number mind you, and it obviously forwards to the Vet’s personal phone. I advised him that my dog had gotten much worse (was just seen the day before) was lethargic, vomiting and unable to have a BM. I was very concerned about an obstruction. He hastily told me to bring her in, again I did not ask to bring her in just more or less wanted advice on what I should do. When I got there I walked in and he yelled from the back “get her weight, I want to go home!!”. He continued to be very short and rolled his eyes with some of my answers to his questions. This is absolutely not how you treat customers. I understand he didn’t want to come in, I didn’t want to be there either and I was very thankful for his time. However you should not continuously make your customer feel bad or stupid for their concerns and for their “inconvenience”. If you don’t want to be available for emergencies, then don’t say you are. If you don’t want calls after hours, then don’t forward your clinic phone to your cell phone. I think he’s knowledgeable but has absolutely zero customer service, which is really sad because that clinic could really be something great. I would never allow myself to continue business with anyone who treated me that way."

"When my cat almost died, Neil came after hours to save my cat. I has used the wrong flea and tick medicine on her. She was having serizers, he saved her life. Has treated my dogs for years. Always be sensitive to my needs and my dogs needs."

"I think i found my new vet for my dog. Got her in for a checkup and flea medicine. It has helped tremendously. Will definitely be back in the future."

"Called this place last night needing an emergency c section for my dog and was greeted by a very hateful woman on the phone. She did not care that my dog was close to dying and said they couldn’t help because we should go somewhere closer to us. (We called every place around us and no one would take us so this was last resort) I explained that an emergency clinic an hour away could take us but the cost was higher than we could afford at the moment. She said with a very rude tone “well that shouldn’t be your concern right now should it” and laughed. She was no help at all and didn’t have any empathy whatsoever. Goes to show she doesn’t actually care about animals. If I could give zero stars I would. We were treated horribly by this receptionist. 10/10 would not recommend. I would strongly advise everyone to never bring their fur babies here. Completely the wrong attitude to have in this line of work. Big thanks to Lamar animal hospital for helping us out, Mom and 7 puppies are doing good today."

"Love Love Love this place!!!!! Been coming here for years and they have always been extremely helpful & understanding of payments & emergencies. I will never not come here the vet & his staff are the best. I drive just about 1.3 hours cause I moved but will always be more than happy to take the drive. Can not find a overall well rounded place that truly cares about the animals than this one!!! 1,000,000/10!!!!"
