"I just can't say enough how great this company is. We are beyond thrilled with the work they did. We had several companies give us bids for the work. David's was reasonable, fair and accurate. They helped us through the selection process of where to go and what to consider. The work started on schedule. The quality of the craftsmanship and care exceeded our very high expectations. They were very careful and considerate while in our house and nice to our curious pups (that we kept out of their way mostly :) They completed the work on schedule and on budget. At the end of the project, there was not a single item that we were not happy with. We HIGHLY recommend. More on the work they did: refaced kitchen cabinets and drawers added new hardware. Installed new glass front upper cabinet and new island. Installed quartzite countertops, sink, faucet, and porcelain backsplash and under cabinet LED lighting. Rebuilt oven cabinets and added second oven. Removed old recesses florescent ceiling light, replaced ceiling boards with matching wood, installed new island mount hood and vented to outside."

"I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Midwest Kitchens! My husband and I are so pleased with our newly renovated kitchen! We had our existing cabinets refaced, tile backsplash replaced, and new quartz countertops installed– all through this one company. They also installed our new sink, faucet, and microwave. David quoted & managed the project for us and was very patient with all our questions. We did not feel pressured by him at all, but trusted his knowledge & opinions. After getting several quotes, we felt his prices were fair. It was nice to see refaced cabinets & samples at his office. Mike & Jordan did the demo & install and are very skilled craftsmen. They took care to protect our wood floors and appliances, and put up plastic sheeting every day to contain the dust. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were so polite, respectful, and communicative! I would trust them in our house even if we were not home. They didn’t seem to encounter any problems that couldn’t be solved. I’m blown away by the attention to detail and how fast they completed the project (just under two weeks, or 9 business days). I’m so happy we took the time to do our research and waited for Midwest Kitchens to be available to do our kitchen remodel. As you can see from the photos, the cabinets look brand new and it has made our home feel brand new as well. We’ve already recommended them to all our friends and neighbors! "I am so glad I chose Midwest Kitchens to do our kitchen remodel. David was so easy to work with. He made good suggestions to get me thinking of how I wanted the finished kitchen to look and work. I knew I wanted to replace the upper cabinets so that I could go much higher but after talking to David, I decided to replace all my cabinets because I wanted to get full overlay doors. Mike really is a master craftsman and made everything come together beautifully. He cleaned everything up every single day and didn't even mind the interruptions as we continued to use our refrigerator and parts of the kitchen. And it only took our kitchen 2 weeks to be completed! I love my kitchen!"

"When I first contacted David at Midwest Kitchens, I intended to have our kitchen cabinets refaced. After looking at them, though, he said that they really just needed to be painted and have new hinges. I was able to find a good painter, and, when the cabinets were finished, Mike installed them and replaced the drawer tracks, too. He completed them all quickly and professionally. Mike is a cabinet wizard! In the end this job was a very insignificant one for MIdwest Kitchens, but it meant everything to me. For years I had a kitchen that didn’t work exactly right and didn’t look the way I thought it should. Now it is beautiful and functional, and I am proud of it. Thanks to David for his initial honest advice on what should be done and especially for following through."

"I had Midwest Kitchens and a few other companies give me a bid on a total kitchen remodel last spring. Dave came out and spent a lot of time looking at my kitchen and asking questions about my vision. He asked pointed questions about the way I used my kitchen, why I was set on certain things, (double ovens, for example, "because my mother had them" was my response) and suggested alternatives that not only made more sense but also saved me money. He provided samples of cabinetry and gave me lots of options of where to select other things like counter tops, tile and flooring. He returned at least two more times to measure after providing the bid. He knows the neighborhood and the market and I felt like he listened to me and did his best to make sure I got the kitchen I wanted so I signed a contract. I am SO glad I did. From start to finish the project went according to plan and was finished in three weeks, just like David said. Mike was here every day, was professional, hard-working and a meticulous perfectionist. He found and corrected problems that had either been missed or ignored by previous owners and which could easily have turned in to safety issues. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. He was extremely neat and protected my home, appliances and furnishings from noise, dust, and foot traffic by using a back entrance, even though it resulted in many more steps for him. The finished product was much better than I could have imagined. The transformation is stunning and, well, absolutely perfect. On time, on budget and perfect. I could not be happier and would recommend this company and Dave and Mike to anyone who wants a local, family-owned company that is totally honest, very easy to work with, and does amazing work. PS --I took Dave's advice and got a slide-in range--and it has two ovens, plus I got more counter space. 8-)"
