"Both therapists were terrific! First time a thorough assessment and plan was developed. Then a few starter exercises were taught to me. I was given a plan and home exercises to do twice a day. Each visit introduced new exercises after assessing my progress. By the third week, I had significant Improvement in range of motion, strength, and endurance. My last week was filled with education & activity to continue & maintain my shoulder strength to prevents repeat injury. I highly recommend PEAK Sport& Spine Physical Therapy!"
