"The nurse who took us into the triage room had me place my 6 month old on the floor scale to weight her instead of the baby scale. I should have questioned it but at first I figured maybe there wasn’t a baby scale in the room but once the floor scaled had marked up my baby’s weight and I got back up I noticed that there was a baby scale on the counter so now looking back I’m extremely upset that I had to hold my 6 month old on the dirty floor scale."
"Nurse Crystal was exceptionally wonderful! Her skills with the use of an IV was impeccable, it was my child's first time and she felt nothing! Major kudos to Crystal! The provider was excellent as well, she knew what to do, helped relax my daughter and get her well. She is doing great now! Thank you everyone and God bless you!!"
"My daughter comes to this clinic for a GI specialist each year & as needed. Rachel the nurse & Tina the tech were extremely kind friendly & professional! Always kind & smiling & really made sure my daughter was happy & comfortable. The doctor we also loved NP Tiffany Cruse! She was amazing!!! This whole clinic is so great! "I will never take my child to this facility again. For a children's hospital, most of the people we interacted didn't seem to have experience with children. The facility itself seemed dirty. The person rooming my child tried to shove a thermometer in her mouth without adequate warning. I didn't see anyone clean their hands. We didn't trust the provider and will be making an appointment with the PCP or going to KU urgent care as soon as they open Monday morning."
"The staff were all very helpful, quick, and kept us informed. They have returned my phone calls very quickly when I have left messages with questions. X-ray results took quite awhile to get back, but they warned us that would happen due to some delay with radiology. Overall, very helpful."
