"If I could give them no stars I would. If you’re stuck here for medical help after a work injury then be prepared to call a lawyer. Don’t ever let any job tell you that you can seek legal help for work comp WHILE you’re employed. And I hope one day it comes to light how Meritas treats people all for being injured on the job. My experiences here during my work comp (summer of 2022) case have me looking into how I can make complaints to state boards, for the first time ever. Not only was my whole experience traumatic, the nurse i was stuck seeing, even after I requested to be seen by someone else and that was ignored, was the worst person I’ve ever had to deal with. Karen not only had NO bedside manner, she continued to accuse me of faking by saying my accident could never have given me the issues it has. It’s funny how two other doctors and an er doctor all disagreed with Karen on everything she wrote down. I was having so many issues I couldn’t walk straight and Karen refused to write me scripts for any walking assistance. I finally collapsed at Meritas in their lobby, which they lied about, then Karen still wouldn’t give me walking assistance, then I collapsed at my job at the time where the work comp case was, that employer called me an ambulance. The ET doctor said I should have had so many things that Meritas completely dropped the ball on. They never gave me anti inflammatory or suggested steroid shots. Or many other things which I had to go to the er for. I waited to write this review until I was in settlement. And now I’m ready to report both Meritas and my employer for the way they treat people. Whether anything comes from what I report or not doesn’t matter, it’s one more record of their mistreatment of injured workers."
"I have been sitting in this doctor’s office for what feels like forever. Came here for pre-employment and missed half of day of work.."
"If I could give it one star I would. The front desk customer service and the wait time trumps how amazing Donna was. If you can get 20 Donna's and fire the rest do it. She was amazing but the fact that I had an appointment 2 days in a row first day I waited a hour and 23 minutes before tapping out and leaving with absolutely no progress. Today I had to wait due to me already having to leave the first time so appointment time is 1130 I'm currently waiting in a room where I have been for 40 minutes the only thing that has been completed is the drug test and hearing.. so so far going on 2 hours and still not complete and still waiting with 3 people still ahead of me. I will comment my time once I leave and complete but this is a definite ongoing issue and the front desk might be jerks because they are overworked same with the staff."
"I waited for over 3 hours and watched other people who checked in an hour after me go before me. I ended up leaving to return back tomorrow highly disappointed in the service I had received."
"This place is awful. Clock in at 9:20 for a drug screen and I am still sitting in the waiting room legs tightly crossed. The just called my name at 11:10 and I am only back there for 2 minutes. This is why pe OP ple have a problem coming to doctor's offices when they have to experience something like this."
