"Had a great experience in the store, but afterwards not so much. We had our eye exams August 2023. They sold us on glasses for my husband that supposedly were “unbreakable”. We told them this was important to us, so this was the pair they suggested, and she demonstrated bending them, etc. so we went with them. This week (5 months later) my husband’s glasses broke on the ear piece. He took them in thinking we could just get them fixed, and they said because we didn’t buy the extended warranty, there was nothing they are going to do. So we are left with no glasses for my husband (who is blind without them) for 7 months. Don’t think we’ll be going back this fall… super disappointed that they pushed these glasses and then wouldn’t do anything when they didn’t od what they said they would."
