"If I could give a zero I would. This guy is a total crook. Every extra bone you want adjusted he wants extra money for rather than just doing his job. He thinks X-rays are necessary annually. We stopped seeing him because of it. Over TEN years later he threatens to bill us for an upcoming appointment we never made and aren’t going to show for and can’t explain how it got made and stumbles over all of stories and words. Sounds to me like he knows he’s terrible and is begging for patients and will do anything for money. Don’t see this screwball."

"Dr Hollis has been great. I have had numbness in my arms for over 17 years since my first pregnancy. I have been to multiple chiropractors and doctors, and have been given some stretches and adjustments over the years. None of those treatments seemed to help very much. "Made an appointment with Scott Hollis to discuss non invasive medicine options for my 3 year old. He sat with my sons mother and I to discuss our health concerns and options. During this hour long chit chat I had some general concerns with how he was approaching our knowledge but I made a very clear and direct request. I said: "I do not want any chiropractic adjustments done on my 3 year old." He assured that he would not do that, he would simply apply light pressure on my sons back while he was still upright and have him bounce with his own strength. While I had walked away to get some water and discuss payment with the desk clerk, my son, his mother and Scott Hollis relocated to his adjustment room. I checked to see what was going on and he was doing what we discussed, pressure on the back while my son bounced. I walked back out to lobby, grabbed my water and when I returned to the adjustment room he had my son down on his table, leg pulled up across his body and did an adjustment on his lower back. He did this on both sides then walked around to the head of my son. I thought he was examining a bruised eyebrow bone that we had discussed in the earlier meeting but he then proceeded to do a quick jerking neck adjustment to my 3 year old. My sons face became extremely concerned and afraid after the first neck adjustment but he proceeded to do it in the other direction anyway. I immediately stated that I had seen enough and picked my son up. The desk clerk gave him a small tube of bubbles and we went outside to let his mother deal with the rest of the visit. I feel like I would only cause a scene if I allowed myself to interact with him any further, I was EXTREMELY upset that he did chiropractic adjustments on my child after I specifically requested he NOT do so and he assured me he would NOT do so. In my frustration we left without realizing they gave us ZERO paperwork identifying what he had done to my son. I called back 3 days later (July 31) asking him for some sort of medical paperwork detailing exactly what sort of adjustments he did and was told it would take 2 weeks. It is now September 6th and I haven't received anything. I was promised an email when the order was placed and when they were mailed off, nothing. Scott Hollis will speak to you with a loud, matter-of-fact tone. He will ask you about elements of non invasive health of which he is versed to test your own personal knowledge. The moment he strikes on something you seem unfamiliar with he will use that to engage you with sensible information that encourages your trust. My advice is take your child to an actual Doctor of medicine."

I made an appointment to see him and was delighted at his warm caring demeanor. He encouraged me to bring my husband along for the consultation so he would also understand the treatment plan.
