"This shop doesn't allow service animals inside and doesn't understand what being in customer service means. Sure the customer may not always be right but as a business that relies on customers, respect goes a long way. Not sure what the issue is because I'd imagine they'd have plenty of access to smoke a bowl and be happy or at least able to be courteous to clients..."

"They weren’t open at 10am on a Saturday like they are supposed to be. The manager walked up at 10:58am and I asked if they were open now. He said “not yet” and I said “I have a question”, he ignored me, and he closed the door in my face and locked it behind him. Definitely will be letting him know that this isn’t how you handle business. I will not be shopping here and unfortunately this was my first time stopping by Glass City."

"First time stopping in here because a different shop said they carried the vape juice I was looking for. Not only was it a total waste of time, but he showed an extreme bias. The guy at the counter made my 40 year old husband step outside because he didn't grab his ID and made a derogatory comment about him after he left. As I went outside and watched him let a couple with their CHILD who looked to be under 10 years old stay in the shop while they shopped. Needless to say I didn't give this company any business, nor will I in the future."
