"Went in to have a brace made. Kathryn was very helpful and kept a good attitude even though I was bent on "mansplaining" her job. Answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns with my hand surgery. Explained that it could take 2-3 months to return to "normal". Unfortunately, I don't think she realized that I was never normal. Returning next week to start the therapy process."
