I recently got charged for a 'no show' despite never having received any voicemails or texts - I question if their new system is capable of doing so."

"The DR are great, however if you ever need anything the only department that answers is Billing. Every other request goes directly to a voicemail with no option to talk to someone. They may or may not, more than likely not, return your call within a timely fashion. Have a script to fill, be prepared to take it late and not on time. You can probably drive there and get resolution quicker than calling."

"My experience with the Dr was good but the billing would be a zero. The woman I spoke with was Jessica and not only was she extremely rude but also lied about why my insurance didn't pay 100 percent to get me off the phone. And when my insurance tried to contact the office they didn't respond. So instead of paying a zero copay I paid 450 and was treated very rudely. Won't be going back and won't recommend it to anyone. Very sad!"
