"Unfortunately, I had to call Aftermath to come and do an assessment of clean up and oder control as my Aunt had died in her home and was not discovered until later. She lived by herself and was a recluse so no one was concerned until someone went over to knock on her door. FORTUNATELY, everyone I encountered from having to place the call and the representative transferred me to Andrea. She set up the appointment right away and the people that came to do the assessment were so kind and compassionate. Their names were Kim, Daniel, and Lindsay. Their professionalism, kindness, compassion for my situation was absolutely amazing! I told them all how much I appreciated EVERYTHING. So if the most unfortunate thing does happen and you need their services, I can, without any hesitation, definitely recommend them!"

They showed up the day after I called them, analyzed the house, gave us a full report of what our cost and responsibility would be, removed every item that couldn't be 100% sanitized, cleaned and sanitized every square inch of the house to a ZERO bacteria detected state, answered my questions several times without getting upset with me because I forgot what they told me the first few times, gave us a recommended list of things to do before putting the house on the market, and gave us a certified paper to give to a future homebuyer to explain any further questions!!!
