"This places makes children sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Still waiting while they don’t want the child to have any drinks or food hours before the appointment. About to walk out of here!"
"Dr. Ursick has a great bedside manner and is always very patient with my son. My son was born with sensorineural hearing loss so we see Dr. Ursick every 6 months. His nurses are always kind and even though there’s usually a wait, we never feel rushed during the visit."
"PROS - The hearing specialists and docs are great; they gave me objective feedback and treatment options. The device specialist was kind, informative, and patient. CONS - I'm admittedly a stickler for administration, but the front desk team are inefficient, brusque, and I daresay unwelcoming. The practice just adopted a new intake system (Phreesia) but migrated NONE of the data over, so I had to enter all my information twice. As the last part of the intake process, I had to watch a three-screen advert for a prescription, acknowledge I'd seen it, and respond/decline the (thankfully optional) consumer survey about the content I'd just seen. I hope they can disable that feature as it's creepy and makes me question the overall motives of the practice."
"Dr. Thedinger is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He has been taking care of my ears and my mother's for around 15 years including performing multiple surgeries on me. He truly cares for his patients and tries to take as much time as he can with them. He even remembers personal details about our lives and we catch up every appointment. I recommend him highly."
"My appointment was at 10:15, I was not brought back to a room until 10:28. I waited there until Dr. Ursick walked in at 10:53 and started asking me a few questions about why I was there. He asked if my previous specialist did any tests, I told him yes and that I'd had all my results sent over when I made the appointment. He flipped through the papers on his clipboard and said, "oh". While we were talking, a nurse knocked and interrupted to tell Dr. Ursick that someone was back. He got up and asked if he could step out for a minute and left the room. I checked the time, it was 10:58. He'd been in the room for a total of 5 minutes, he hadn't even looked at any of the results that I had sent over. As I sat in the room waiting again, I called the doctor that referred me and asked for another referral. As I was leaving Dr. Ursick came back and all he could say was, "I'm sorry, I spend a lot of time with my patients and if you'll stay I'll spend a lot of time with you." If that were really the case, he would have at least taken the time to go over my test results and evaluation and he wouldn't have left after 5 minutes of being in the room. This was a 45 minute drive for me and an almost 40 minute wait to talk to Dr. Ursick for 5 minutes and have him leave again. Horrible experience altogether."
