"The office staff is extremely rude. I was running late for my appointment I called them 40 minutes before the appointment and told them I would be about 15 minutes late. She said that I should be fine so I drove all the way there to arrive and be told that they cannot see me because I was 16 minutes late. I understand that I was the one that was late but that is why I called before hand to ask them before driving all the way out there."

"I already love my gyno, Dr. Doan. But I had an IUD insertion this week, and although insanely painful, the way I was treated by Midwives Brittany and Asia, along with their nurse Mandy, was incredible. They walked me through every single step they were taking, explained the entire process, and held my hand through the pain. There was difficulty in my insertion, so Brittany had to call Asia in for help, and as horrible as the pain was, I felt so cared for in those moments. Thank you to all 3 of them for being so supportive and compassionate. Their care for me as a patient didn’t go unnoticed and they deserve to be thanked!"

"Only giving it one star because I had to. I used them throughout my whole pregnancy. They made me do unnecessary tests with my daughter, saying that she was going to be a low birthweight. They had me and my husband both freaked out thinking something was wrong with our daughter. She came out just fine a healthy 6 lbs. 2 oz. I was told after we had her that the ultrasound is just an estimated weight..They made me do an induction because she was supposed to have low birth weight and I did not want that and I told them that. She is now two months old, and 9 pounds of very healthy weight. During one of these unnecessary test they made me do, I told them that I had stuff to do that day. And I felt like they were keeping me hostage because they basically tricked me into staying. They were also worried about my daughter, and one of the nurses even told me “ Babies die every day, because of low birth weight” So I felt like they were trying to scare me into staying for an unnecessary test I didn’t even need saying that my daughter might die. The things that I have experienced at this doctors office, Are not OK and I don’t recommend anyone going here. I’ve also been double booked on appointments, and the lady scheduling appointments does not know what she’s doing. She won’t even say hang on or anything she just stops talking and expects you to know what she’s doing. This is my second Baby. And I would literally go anywhere anywhere else."

"Seen 2 different doctors for both my pregnancies and it was a pleasant experience each time. I only had issues with 1 doctor in particular but they were more than happy to schedule me with someone else. I only give this 5 stars simply for that specific doctor. Everyone else knows me on a better level and even loves my kids. With back to back pregnancies, I definitely enjoyed my time here."
