"I was not impressed, I was promised next day lab results. The team was not aware of a policy change that made me wait from Friday to Monday. Test was ready by 4 pm Tuesday (taken 8 am Friday) but no meds or results uploaded until 10 pm so I couldn’t get script until Tuesday after work. I had to live with symptoms all weekend because they couldn’t give me any OTC advice to use for one of them. Will not be using again only reason I did is my Dr doesn’t hold Friday office hours. Should have waited for him. I tried to contact patient advocates but was given the wrong person and he couldn’t understand me when I told him 3 time where I went. If someone wants to resolve a supervisor can pull my information and call me directly I am not playing these games."
