"Front desk woman was very friendly and nice. She thanked me for my patience numerous times which I was grateful for. However, I was there 2 and a half hours for a simple drug test for work. I think that is ridiculous and inexcusable. Definitely need a better process."

"The people are exceedingly nice, front desk staff, doctor, nurse, etc. but there was a 3 hour wait time so they do a courtesy text when your queue is up. I went back to work when I couldn’t be seen within 2 hours, only for them to text 2 hours later that I was up. I was ten mins late as a result because I went on for a meeting. Following that, after a 45 minute wait in the waiting room, I had another 30 minute wait to be seen in the room by the doctor. I want to state, again, everyone is exceedingly nice, but for $190, I asked to be tested for the flu, for Covid, for anything more than once. Instead, the 6 minutes I saw the doctor, she gave me an explanation of how it wouldn’t be worthwhile to be tested. She couldn’t give me a clear diagnosis of what was wrong. Please note, that I am not one to see the doctor for almost anything. I once ran a marathon and injured my foot, and I found out a week later when the pain became THAT unbearable that I finally went to see a doctor to find out I had actually fractured my foot. So for me to come to a doctor for something I thought was a flu or cold is a really big deal. For $190 I didn’t even get peace of mind of what kind of illness I have, or to be able to tell the people I’ve seen this week to be careful cause I have xyz."

"My first visit here was not too bad. I went in and the nurse practitioner I saw was very nice and listened to me. But when I went back the next day for a recheck the whole experience was just unbelievably awful. No one listened to me. I tried to call to ask if I should come in for a recheck and explained my symptoms. (On the sheet it even said to call if things got worse) and she just said the wait is 3 hours ... Not answering my question at all. She clearly just wanted to get off the phone. So I came in and waited 4 hours to be seen. When I did get seen the movie that was playing in the room was very inappropriate, which wouldn't necessarily bother me but there were kids in the lobby waiting to be seen. The nurse didn't listen to me when I tried repeatedly to explain that I was there yesterday and that this was a recheck. The doctor came in and I've never met a doctor who was so rude in my whole life. She didn't listen to me, acted like I was a huge inconvenience. It was like pulling teeth to get her to listen... I had to call my work for confirmation on which ER I needed to be transferred to and the doctor took my phone because she didn't like how I was explaining it. Even though actually the doctor didn't understand that the person I was talking to needed information about work related things not medical things. It was incredibly uncomfortable trying to get my phone back to tell this woman what she needed to know after this doctors rude rant to her on the phone. I will never go back here. Very unprofessional, they didn't care about me at all, was just a number. The nurse practitioner I saw the first day who was so nice is this places only saving grace."
