"HIPAA violations, medical chart violations, medical diagnostic violations, patients rights violations. You know this company does it all! With gusto! They actually love ruining people lives and intentionally making them harder. This company failed to send documentation of completion of services (required by law). Then the nurse for Dr Brooks is so grossly incompetent that she can’t figure out how to send a prescription somewhere else. She also doesn’t know that she’s required to return a phone call with 48 hours instead of 6 days. When you do hear back from her you will be met with nothing but stupid word after stupid word that falls out her mouth (Id say it’s how she talks but based of her slurred speech there’s definitely substance abuse issues there.) Next you have Melissa who can’t even send over treatment completion in a timely manner resulting in several mental health crises as I was threatened with being arrested. After that because Melissa is incompetent you get to be on the phone with Andrew in Records (not to mess with the theme: also grossly incompetent.) Who thinks it’s appropriate to hang up on patients in a crisis. The lawsuit I am going to be bringing against this place and the state of Missouri for 1st, 2nd, 6th, 8th, and 9th Amendment rights violations, loss of enjoyment of life, mental trauma, as well as distress is going to mean I won’t have to work another day in my life. Buckle up because it’s going to be rough."

"Comprehensive is completely terrible. From their therapists and psychiatrists to the rehab services. Anyone I have come into contact with from here has been awful. I also told them two years ago to stop coming to my house with pamphlets and they will not stop. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to someone if it were the last option. They do not care about you or your loved ones."

"I would recommend to all. I'm grateful my friends and family recommended I pursue services here at CMHS! As a walk-in clinic, I was prepared to wait a few hours, and was very comfortable during my relatively short stay in the waiting room. Within less than two hours, I had finished both the paperwork in the waiting room, and been back to complete the intake questions with a staff member. She informed me that due to a delay earlier that morning, the therapy team was still catching up and would be available in about 1.5 hours, so I was okay with leaving and coming back in a bit. Luckily, less than half an hour later, the staff called me to let me know they'd seen I am actually outside of CMHS' catchment area, and they immediately gave me a similar provider in my area who even had better hours for my availability. I didn't have to make the trip back to CMHS at all for this info! The CMHS team did everything possible to respect my time and health with every resource they had available, and it was a pleasure to work with the front desk and intake staff. I would recommend Comprehensive Mental Health Services to all. Thank you CMHS!"

"There is a shortage of Therapists, due to an increase of people who need services. I understand that. Maybe that's why I was persistent and patient. I've switched to online therapy and found the best Therapist I've ever encountered through Comprehensive. It's my responsibility to follow through with my own mental well-being. "My oldest daughter waited almost 6 months to get an appointment with a therapist, THEN the day before the appointment they called and Cancelled and rescheduled.....then we went to ONE appointment and then we get a call saying we have to get a new therapist because ours got a promotion....that's great for her but how os my daughter supposed to make a connection with someone if we can't get past the first dam appointment. My youngest daughter has been on the wait-list for a YEAR for a therapist and has not gotten a call....still just being told she's on the wait-list. DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. Still waiting for an appointment for my youngest. No one calls anyone back, and don't expect anyone to answer a phone call"
