"My uncle had an appointment at 2:45 so I got him there at 2:30 so forty-five minutes later we were still sitting in the waiting room. There were people who came after us that were called to go in. Now this one guy and his mom came after us were called before us and the reason I say that is he is the one that came out and then my uncle was called. Most doctors office have a sign that says if it takes more than fifteen minutes to inquire at the desk there was no such sign that I saw. I didn't want to think that the bias service was because of our skin color but I watched white patients come in and get waited on but we set there for forty-five minutes. I would just like to think that all people are treated equal but I know by my experiences it doesn't always work that way. Thank you for taking my complaint"
