"My second time using this location. My last time. 1st time they canceled my pickup time and when I showed to pickup my shoes the tech wasn't there but I took them anyway. This time I didn't get measured but ordered. Three weeks later I got a call before I left saying the tech didn't come in wanted to put me off for another week. I went in and picked up my shoes anyway. This is a terrible business,and will ask the VA for another forfor"

"My father Ricardo Juarez, made a courtesy phonecall today to civilly raise a concern regarding the status of his diabetic shoes and a polite reminder to "send the paperwork to insurance". This was suggested directly by his insurance company prior to this phonecall being made as there had been no updates on this situation. He instead recieved a verbal lashing and belligerent verbal assault by the person working reception on the opposite end of line. The person made the following comments "Not to tell me how to do my job" & "I'll send it when I send it" amongst other unacceptable language that does not demonstrate the expected behavior for a customer servicing position.This behavior is not only egregiously inappropriate but appallingly unacceptable. I expect a courtesy phone call of apologies to be made to my father within a reasonable set of time from this incident as well as a rectification of his perscription status that he has patiently been waiting on. 11/2/2021"

"Ryan was very professional, helpful and pleasant. I had to be fitted for a "crowboot" and he took the time to cast for it and explained what it's purpose was and how it worked etc. They filed insurance for it and showed Hubby how to get it on me once they had it made. I highly recommend to anyone who needs adaptive or amputee appliances."

"Very rude and non caring personnel. Uncooperative to help my friend when contacted about getting appointment for new diabetic shoes. Normally he uses the Hanger Clinic in North Kansas City MO but we currently live in Independence and felt this location would be more convenient due to transportation issues. The first appointment he was 15 minutes late due to transportation issues and noone was available to assist him and the Afro-American lady was very rude to him. Today we returned at 3:45p for 4pm appt they were more cooperative he will return in a few weeks to get sboes. The staff was much more helpful to him. ,"
